Timer Setup

Use these options to customize your Pomodoro Timer.

Settings

  • Timer Minutes: Pomodoro duration, default is 25' which is a common duration.
Some people best fit on a shorter duration, some other need a longer one.
If you are a beginner, it's suggested to keep this value as it is at 25' - even if you may find hard to complete a single Pomodoro.
You can always change this value later on - after some practise - according to your needs.
  • Break Time: After a Pomodoro elapses the Timer is restarted to measure your Break Time.
It will notify you when it's time to go back to work and start a new Pomodoro.
You can change the duration of your Break Time to suit your needs.
Set to 0 to disable this feature.
  • Ring: select to enable a sound Alarm at the end of a Pomodoro.
If you're working close to your work-mates it's likely you may want to keep this option disabled.
  • Tick: select to enable a ticking sound while the Pomodoro Timer is active.
If you're working close to your work-mates it's likely you may want to keep this option disabled.

The next options allow to set a different background image and change the current font type.

Settings

  • Skin: background image of ToDo page.
You can select a simple white background as long as other exercise-book style images.
